For months, the media has worked hard to paint Tim Walz as the “normal” and relatable neighbor. Walz loves to call Republicans “weird,” but tonight, side by side, Senator Vance exposed who is really pushing bizarre and dangerous policies.
Let’s talk about what’s actually weird, like Kamala Harris’ extreme stances, which Walz failed to defend. Whether it's supporting gender-altering surgeries for illegal immigrants or pushing abortion without limits, Harris’ views are out of touch with the values of everyday Americans. And when it came to securing our borders, Walz had no answer for Harris' abysmal failure. Over 20 million illegal immigrants have crossed into our country, unchecked and unvetted, under her watch as Vice President.
Americans are tired of excuses, and tonight, Walz didn’t provide any real solutions. On the economy, Walz failed to explain how a Harris-Walz administration would fix the disastrous economy created by the Biden-Harris administration. The damage they’ve done has resulted in record inflation, soaring costs, and a weakened workforce, yet Walz had no plan to turn things around.
Tonight, Americans were given a clear choice. A Trump-Vance administration offers common sense solutions—securing the border, rebuilding our economy, and standing up for American families. In contrast, the Harris-Walz ticket represents more of the same failed policies that have driven this country into crisis. The decision couldn't be more obvious.
And finally, as missiles fly into Israel from Iran emboldened by a weak Biden-Harris administration, there is no debate America needs strong leaders. Tonight J.D. Vance showed America what leadership looks like.
