Morning Star Baptist Church (MSBC) Social Actions Ministry will host a timely and thought-provoking panel discussion, “What’s at Stake in This Election?”, focusing on critical issues impacting Maryland and the nation. The event will feature an expert panel of distinguished leaders, including Governor Wes Moore, Maryland State Senator Chris West, and prominent pastor Shannon Wright. Topics will include healthcare, the economy, Project 2025, and the ongoing debate over abortion.


The discussion will be moderated by White House Correspondent April Ryan, ensuring a dynamic and balanced exploration of these pressing matters ahead of the upcoming elections. The event will be hosted by Bishop Dwayne C. Debnam, Senior Pastor of MSBC.

Panelists include:
