Terms and Conditions for the Use of Bass Public Affairs Audio News Release (ANR) Content
ANR File Use Policy:

Copyright Ownership:
All audio clips and associated copyrights are the exclusive property of Bass Public Affairs. -
Permissible Use:
Permission is granted to use Bass Public Affairs multimedia for non-commercial editorial purposes only. Any other use requires prior written authorization from Bass Public Affairs. -
Editing Restrictions:

Video and Audio Edits: Video and audio clips may be edited for time and story content.

Graphics and Copyright: While video and audio content may be edited, any Bass Public Affairs copyrighted graphics within these files may not be masked out, altered, or removed. The Bass Public Affairs copyright must remain visible.

Zoom Effects: If zoom effects are applied, the full copyright must be visible for at least 3 seconds either immediately before or after the zoom.

Credit and Attribution:

A Bass Public Affairs copyright credit line (or one for the contributing source) must accompany each use of photos or images, positioned as an adjacent credit line.

Alterations and Digitalization:

Credentialed news media may not alter or synthesize video or image content by any digital or electronic means (whether current or future technology) without prior written consent from Bass Public Affairs for each instance.

Neither Bass Public Affairs nor the content providers in the videos or audio clips permit any implication of endorsement, recommendation, or superiority of one company, product, or service over another. -
Transfer of Rights:
Users may not assign or transfer this agreement or any rights granted hereunder.
